It’s not always cold and wet in Scotland, when it is a hot summer’s day please be extra careful when spending the day at Largs. You will burn far quicker on the water as the sun is reflected off the water.
We ask that you:
- Stay hydrated – drink plenty of fluids
- Wear sunscreen – re-apply throughout the day
- Protect your eyes – consider wearing sun glasses
- Cover up – Long sleeves and a baseball cap
- If you feel unwell, please tell one of the Leaders.
